PerdanaHealth brings clinical insight, public-health thinking and implementation discipline together to build healthier lives and stronger institutions. Our direction is Malaysia-first and ASEAN-ready: demonstrate practical value in a bounded Malaysian setting before extending the model.

Start with a defined problem

Workforce Health & Resilience is the commercial entry point into #VISION HEIS, our clinician-governed implementation methodology. Each engagement has a named buyer, a defined cohort, accountable delivery owners and agreed measures.

• Rapid Determinants Diagnostic: A 10-business-day assessment of priorities, implementation barriers and the next decision.
• Health-Economic Architecture Sprint: A 30-day design stage covering the intervention, governance, workflows, economics and measurement plan.
• 90-Day Demonstrator: A separately commissioned proof stage with agreed responsibilities, costs and review gates.
• Managed implementation: Recurring delivery support after the demonstrator establishes a justified route to continuation.

Stages are commissioned separately. Revenue, grant support, investment and in-kind contributions are recorded distinctly; none is presented as a substitute for paid demand.

Build the workforce federation first

The proposed first operating node is the Healthcare Workforce Federation: one professional stream, one cohort and one accountable buyer. The initial scope connects credential references, competency development, availability, supervised deployment and professional welfare.

Gagasan Petugas Kesihatan Malaysia is the proposed voluntary professional and welfare community. PerdanaFlow is the developing workforce coordination pathway. Neither replaces professional regulators, statutory registers or an employer's responsibilities.

Perdana Academy supports baseline assessment, learning, simulation and a development profile. The programme is in development. Accredited qualifications and supervised competency sign-off require their own approved arrangements.

Connect institutions without displacing their authority

The proposed federation keeps source records and decision authority with the responsible institution. Exchange is limited to an authorised purpose and the minimum necessary information, with identity, permissions, auditability and security review designed into each workflow.

Delivery horizons

• October 2026: Controlled-delivery preparation and scoped commercial work.
• 13 November 2026: Enterprise-readiness planning milestone.
• 31 December 2026: Year-end governance, evidence and delivery review.

These are planning milestones, not announcements of an approved hospital service. An elapsed date does not activate a service.

Purposeful adjacent products

Whole Health Workwear is a proposed product line focused on practical fit, ergonomics and inclusive production. Whole Health × One Health is a proposed partner-fulfilled benefits and procurement offering. Both are Coming soon; buyer validation precedes inventory commitments or checkout.

Accountable communication

Appointments and partnerships are announced after written confirmation. Public research frameworks retain their own review and validation pathways, and demonstrator results are reported with their scope and limitations.
